    When you create an account with Universe Being, the personal information we collect may include your:

    Universe Being will not sell, share or trade customers personal information collected online with any third parties.

    Refund Policy

     We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Postage costs for returns will be at the purchasers expense and the items must be returned to us in perfect condition to receive a full refund. If the item is damaged upon return, there will be no refund. 


    We will offer a replacement if the item is damaged during the process of delivery and stock is available. If no stock is available and we are unable to refill our supply, we will refund in full. We will not accept a return if the item has been damaged through the purchasers fault.


    For a full refund, we will require a photograph of the damaged parcel and damaged item which can be emailed through to office@universebeing.com.au. Once we are satisfied that the damage has been due to delivery, you will receive your replacement or refund.

    Shipping Policy

    Shipping within Australia

    We use Australia Post to ship all of our parcels.

    We are based in South Australia so all deliveries will be coming from South Australia.


    Expected Delivery Times 

    According to the Australia Post Website:

    South Australia Metro - Up to 2 business days

    South Australia Country - Up to 5 business days

    All other States - Metro - Up to 3-6 business days

    Country - Please email for individualised delivery information or speak with your local post office for further information.


    Shipping Outside Australia

    We currently do not ship outside Australia.
